To assist with the provision of comprehensive care for children at social risk, in coordination with existing governmental organizations that offer similar support:

• To identify and help the children at high social risk.
• To offer an education to the children of the less favorable sectors of the city of Santa Marta.
• To provide social stability for the high-risk child.
• To exercise and spread the Gospel, to disciple and develop fully the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ given in Matthew 28:18-20.
• To promote and strengthen our ministries with children at high social risk and low-income people who suffer from hunger.
• To create a consultaion system for organization of projects and cooperatives for the community.
• To generate a sense of ownership in the community members so they involved in the development of the community and supportive of the projects.
